KS2 Teaching Assistant - Level 2, St Leonard's CofE Primary School

Contract Term:
permanent to start as soon as possible

Hours: 25 hours per week: 8.20am - 3.05pm Tuesday to Friday (includes a 30 min lunch duty, a 30 min lunch break)

Salary:
SC-2. NJC points 3-5. Salary Actual £11,787 - £12,220 (£20,812- £21,575 FTE)

Term Time only - 38 weeks per annum

Annual Leave:
Taken outside of term time and paid pro-rata throughout the year (no annual leave to be taken during term time)

St Leonard's CofE Primary School, in Exeter, is proud to be part of St Christopher's Multi Academy Trust.

We are a community school that serves around 600 pupils, set in expansive grounds filled with wide open spaces and woodlands that allow our children to engage in the wonder of outdoor learning.

We have experienced continued growth and success thanks to our energetic and dedicated staff.

Your role will be to support the learning of different pupils within a KS2 Year Group; assisting classes, running small group activities and sometimes working alongside children with SEND needs.

You will have had some previous experience in working with children and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike, encouraging everyone to be the 'best that they can be'.
