We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at HMP Five Wells, a
category C
Prison located in Wellingborough**Hours
Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £27,195 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:
As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- You will support and assist patients with the activities of daily living, work with the Pharmacy Team to help them fulfil their daily tasks and you will be encouraged to take the lead on wellbeing promotion clinics.
- You will be involved in the implementation of clinical care packages, phlebotomy and assessment, treatment and the evaluation of patients' care.

We are looking for caring, compassionate but also driven professionals who can help us drive our vision for a fair and inclusive healthcare access to all.
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care A nonjudgmental and compassionate approach
- We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of working in a Health Care Assistant role or similar.
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
