Uber Recruit are working in partnership with our global innovative client who have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Livingston.

This is a permanent position with hours of work 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday.

Working within a small proactive team, you will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for answering all customer calls/enquires and will include taking and processing orders.
  • Liaise with Sales, Dispatch and Production teams regarding delivery dates, shortages, delays etc and updating customers.
  • Dealing with an product damages and arranging replacements.
  • Raising purchase orders and communicating with suppliers.
  • Assisting with export duties including preparing commercial invoices, sending documentation and tracking information, arranging collection of orders.

Essential skills/experience

  • Previous Administration/Customer Service experience within the manufacturing or similar industry.
  • First class communication skills with proven experience in liaising with customers.
  • Export experience would be advantageous.
  • The ability to use your own initiative and work well within a small team.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Experience in using Office 36
  • SAP experience would be advantageous.
