Salary - £25K - £28K plus commission with OTE of £65k-£70k

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency), to join a successful and growing team of estate agents in the Brook Green area.


Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and conducting viewing appointments
  • Liaising directly with vendors and buyers
  • Negotiations
  • Sales progression
  • Arranging market appraisal appointments
  • Working to and achieving set targets
  • General Sales Administration

Skills Required:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
  • KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
  • Articulate, confident and intelligent
  • Smart, wellpresented and professional in appearance and manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Not afraid of hard work
  • Full, clean UK driving license
