Are you a super-organised, multi-tasking, Administrator who is flexible and adaptive?
Spiro are looking for a part-time administrator to provide admin support to the UK Account Management team as part of the overall Administrative Team.
Within this role your responsibilities will include working with other SPIRO departments to complete administrative tasks accurately and ensure all KPI's and SLAs are achieved or exceeded for the team.
Looking for more of a work/life balance?
This is a
hybrid role so you will be able to work from home on Monday's and Friday's.
On Wednesday's you will need to come into our central Sheffield offices, to work with the rest of your team.

What will you do?
Duties:
- To ensure all PO Requests and Invoices are processed in a timely manner
- Support the Senior Accounts Administrator with the New Starter On-Boarding Process and related H & S/Training Requirements
- To work effectively with the Corporate Accounts Team, providing them with administrative support
- Providing administrative cover and acting as point of contact as and when required, in line with holidays/sickness/absence
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships throughout the business, working with other key service areas and departments to achieve department and company goals.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures, Health and Safety guidelines and values are adhered to
- Any other tasks as delegated or requested by your line manager in support of the business
What you'll need
Skills/Personal Attributes:
- Competent business administrator with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the Sales Order Process (SOP)
- Knowledge of the Purchase Order Process (POP)
- Understand the Invoicing Process
- Committed to the delivery of an exceptional level of support
- Highly Organised and able to work to time critical tasks
- Shows respect to others and builds good, professional working relationships
- Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust from your team and peers
- An ability to work under pressure and show resilience in a pressurised situation
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, positive, resourceful, and resilient
- Proactive approach, good problemsolving skills and selfmotivated
- PC literate with knowledge of SAGE/ MS Excel

£13,800.00-£15,000.00 per year
