Please note that this vacancy is based with the Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua) Team and will be a blended home working/office which will be based at Crossgate House in Sale.

The primary role of the Administration Officer is to provide high quality administration support to Aqua's Management Team and the Business Manager to ensure smooth running of the corporate office.

The role involves key administrative and clerical skills, co-ordination, and support.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Management Team. Arrange meetings (virtual, blended and face to face using virtual platforms MS Teams & Zoom). Booking Travel and events.

You will be a fast learner who is able to contribute to the full range of administrative duties.

You will possess good organisation, planning, time and diary management skills and have the ability to work with conflicting and competing deadlines and priorities.

The post holder will be expected to undertake a degree of self-management in terms of planning and prioritising their own work, with a flexible approach.
