Pearson Whiffin Education are working with a Thanet based secondary school to recruit a cover supervisor to start in February 2023 and work until the end of the academic year in July 2023.

This role will be filled on a temporary contract and on a full-time basis.

A Cover Supervisor is an integral part of the cover system in a secondary school.

They provide vital support covering absent teachers, supporting teachers with larger class groups and supporting the behaviour and reward strategy in place.
