My client, world leading law firm, has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the HR department on a 6 month FTC basis, in their busy London office.
The HR Business Partner will offer a high-quality business partnering service to a fee earning division.Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and Head of HR, the key duties will include:
- Support various teams and senior stakeholders with HR advice, advising on best practice
- Provide guidance on ER issues, performance management and other HR matters
- Ensure full compliance based on employment law
- Lead appraisal and salary reviews processes
- Become a HR mentor and coach for trainees and other HR colleagues
- Stay on top of industry trends
- Coach and advise Line Managers
- Support with various project work and process improvements, supporting the firm in driving their HR strategy forward
