Job Description:

We are seeking a recruitment professional who will join our team and play an important role in the recruitment of exceptional talent across multiple functions and regions globally.


Your duties will include:

  • Managing the full cycle recruitment process for roles on a country, regional and global scale
  • Screening CV's for the appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Developing job advertisements and recruitment related materials tailored to each position
  • Ensuring ongoing maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters)
  • Developing and maintaining compensation and benefits package benchmarks for each job position; escalating significant discrepancies to the Hiring Manager and the wider Training & Resourcing team
  • Establishing ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their current and future business and recruitment needs
  • Developing awareness of the business and functional areas to target and hire best talent
  • Providing analytical recruiting reports to the Hiring Manager and Training & Resourcing upon request

Qualifications:


  • Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Dedicated experience in sourcing and recruiting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
