Description

Responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs whilst making a positive impact and a real difference to our approach to recruitment and resourcing overall.

TheRecruitment Project Officer will ensure all our recruitment strategies and approaches are current, relevant to the service and location and keep within budgeted requirements.

The client we are working with are a major pharmaceuticals manufacturer and distributor on a national scale, based in Macclesfield.

The client has a large distribution chain of clients, both private and public sector, and therefor operates on a vast multinationalscale.


Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of information.
  • Being responsible for your own personal development and undertake relevant learning & development including external networking.
  • Ensure that the workplace is a safe place to live and work, by promoting and raising awareness of health & safety and responding to emergencies.
  • Review and develop the endtoend recruitment process from working with managers on job adverts through to on boarding.
  • Review and develop recruitment strategies and polices that reflect best practice hiring approaches to support the achievement of our growth ambitions.

Profile

  • Practically experienced delivering upon recruitment strategies
  • Ideally CIPD level 5, not required
  • Experienced within the industry
  • ATS system experienced
  • Onboarding/training experienced
  • Cooperative
  • Organised
  • Creative to develop our employer brand to aid recruitment
  • Successful in developing a variety of recruitment platforms, job boards, social media, local advertisements
  • Able to deal with change management with new recruitment system implementation
  • Able to deliver diversity, equality and inclusion profiles for recruitment purposes
  • Excellent in influencing and coaching skills for supporting Managers and developing onboarding methods
