Main Duties
- Dealing with customer orders
- Taking payments and dealing with customer accounts
- Handling customer enquiries and advising where necessary
- Liasing with other departments to ensure jobs are produced correctly and on time
- Taking the time to learn our products and materials and their uses
Ideal applicants will possess
- Excellent levels of communication both verbally and electronically
- Good maths skills
- The ability to generate orders from enquiries and maximise the potential of those orders
- Any knowledge of large format print would be a distinct advantage though full training will be given
Position Details
40 hours per week
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
23 Days paid holiday (plus Bank Holidays, three days must be taken between Christmas and New Year)
Reporting to the Sales Director
Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
