Subject Matter Expert - HLR &/Or Voice

North London / Remote

Up to £120,000
Subject Matter Expert to join a trusted provider of global network and subscriber information.

The main responsibility of the role will be to provide expert opinion and direction in the areas of Live Query (HLR) and/or Voice communication and its relevanceto Number Information Services to help drive product development.

Some of what you will be doing:

Being responsible for the product and project deliverables and ensuring they meet the requirements of the legislation, stakeholders, policy and standards
Assisting the Senior Management and Sales Team with the increase of Number Information Services to key clients
Playing a central role within the organisation and goto team member for anyone needing information or advice on HLR/Voice
Liaising across the departments reporting on product performance and industry understanding
Keeping up to date with the latest industry working practices and regulation
Educating internally and externally on the products and varying impacts

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

10 years of commercial or technical experience within a similar hi-tech/telecoms environment
5 years of experience in product ownership
Exposure to a metricdriven, quantitative sales environment
Strong, detailed knowledge of either Live HLR Services or Voice Services and how they support Number Information Services
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively (ideally come to the North London office once a month)
Adaptable communication style to translate technical products into sales messaging
Confident in giving presentations in important meetings/conferences
