Inside Sales Specialist - West Midlands, United Kingdom - ePropelled
Description
Responsibilities:
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned responsibility
- Cold call people using a given contact list to sell products
- Ask pertinent questions to understand customer needs and requirements
- Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc
- As required route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline
- Close sales opportunities and achieve quarterly quotas
Requirements and skills:
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of overachieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience in placing multiple calls per day
- Proficient with corporate web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
