Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a
Change Management Administrator to join our
Quality Department. The role is flexible with a mix of remote working and occasional travel to our Head office in the UK and potentially other Volta sites across Europe.

This role will be based in Warwickshire.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious scale-up where you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a difference from day one.

What you will do:

Reporting to the Change Management Lead, you will provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to the team.

You will support the function to ensure overall delivery of key operational tasks across the department, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and Launch.

Supporting the administration of the change management team
Providing high quality and accurate data inputting
Liaising with other departments across the business
Supporting the business in achieving targeted success of change management
Delivering regular reports and updates with relevant information
Ensuring correctness of systems and trackers e.g. Jira, excel,

We would like you to have:

Previous experience within an admin/support type role
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages
Experience within the automotive industry is highly desirable
OEM or Supplier based
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Selfstarter with a positive attitude and problemsolving skills
