THE ROLE
Due to company growth and expansion, there is now the opportunity for a Venue Sourcing Manager to come onboard and oversee the venue sourcing function for 150+ conferences per year across to US, Asia and Europe

This is a broad role that includes:

  • Liaising with clients and internal teams and creating venue briefs
  • Presenting venue options to internal customers
  • Monitor and track sales, revenue and manage budgets
  • Venue sourcing across the US, Europe and Asia
  • Negotiating rates and terms with venues
  • Reviewing contracts and amending where necessary
  • Onboarding of new staff, mentoring and training
  • Developing relationships with key hotel groups and independent venues
  • Attending site inspections, networking events and FAM trips
  • Continually enhancing your product knowledge on national and international venues
