HSE Specailist

Swansea (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

£40 - 45k

Yolk Recruitment are currently working with a leading provider of Control of Work software solutions to Global high-hazard industries who are currently looking to add an additional HSE Specialist.

If you're a professional who is interested in working in the HSE industry with a background in HSE management systems, software implementation and looking to be part of a company that values diversity, inclusion, and employee development then this couldbe the perfect opportunity for you.

Additionally if you're an individual with technical or business analyst skill and a passion for improving HSE practices this could also be for you.

Key Skills / Experience:

Previous experience gained within a fastpaced manufacturing/process environment working as a Safety advisor, business analyst, project manager, shift supervisor, or related control of work role.
Detailoriented with a creative mindset for identifying solutions.
Experience transformation resulting from IT systems initiatives.
Background experience of managing and maintaining HSE management systems with knowledge of OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 and OSHA.
NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
Innovative.
A full UK driving licence.
Willing to work flexibly to meet customer demand, you'll be occasionally required to visit customer sites outside of the UK.
