In addition, Ellison also sell Business-to-Consumer (B2C) direct to schools and consumers via their branded websites and catalogues, or at select creative trade-shows and events.

Minimum On-site Schedule**:Monday - Friday | 8:30AM - 5:00PM Flexible Hybrid Role


Position Summary:

This pivotal role involves working as part of the Sales department to offer customer service, sales and administration support.

Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will support the Sales Team to implement the Sales and Marketing strategy as set against business goals and objectives.

  • Be responsible for global customer enquiries across all Ellison owned brands and channels.
  • Support the Sales Team with administrative duties and offer sales support where required.
  • Retain and develop strong product knowledge in order to deal with all customer queries in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Work in line with our SLAs and drive continuous improvements to support with customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Effectively record and maintain customer information.
  • Improve efficiencies within global customer service and make suggestions for positive change and developments.
  • Collaborate with other Global Customer Service personnel to ensure that we have continuous coverage in line with global operating hours.
  • Utilise customer feedback to make continuous developments to our FAQs to support the reduction of inbound enquiries.
  • Upload and maintain product database.
  • Works collaboratively with team to implement promotional plans.
  • Support in ensuring the successful implementation of the Sales and Marketing strategies to maximise profitable sales revenue and increase CTO.
  • Pulling data and reporting as required for sales team members.
  • Processing sales orders and credits where required.
  • Completion of new lines forms to support all channels, ensuring these are accurate for the products included and optimized.
  • Sourcing of assets / imagery.

Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Must be proficient in reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have strong sales reporting, financial and budgeting skills.
  • Must be organised and have excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Must be highly selfmotivated to set and achieve goals.
  • Possess the ability to work to a very high standard whilst under pressure.
