Care Home Facilities Coordinator.

Contract Type:

Permanent:


  • Full Time

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week


Location:
Bristol & Bath


Salary:
£13.00 per hour

  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee staff on a daily basis
  • Audit cleanliness of the homes by checking the quality of cleaning in rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas.
  • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene standards and green energy saving measures.
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
  • Carry out regular servicing and testing of equipment as required by government legislation
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning product stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves etc.
.Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.


Required Skills, Abilities and Experience:


  • Enthusiasm and Energy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions and prioritise workload
  • Experience working as a housekeeper supervisor, housekeeper or similar role
.
Full UK Driving Licence and car essential.
