Description
Are you a passionate accredited counsellor with experience of working in primary care, preferably IAPT.

Mind Matters are looking to recruit fully accredited Counsellors with demonstrable experience of providing counselling for depression within a counselling organisation.

We would like to hear from you if you can meet these minimum standards for training and professional registration;

  • Completion of BACP Accredited Counselling Qualification Level 4 & above, or equivalent qualification with a minimum of450 supervised client hours.
  • Completion of the IAPT Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CFD) Training.


For those qualified Counsellors who have not yet completed the PCE-CFD IAPT training, Mind Matters will fund completion of this qualification.

Once completed, there is an expectation that you will work for Mind Matters for 1.5 years post training.

  • You must hold Professional Registration, one of below _
  • BACP with Full Accreditation
  • UKCP with Full Registration
  • NCS Fully Accredited professional registrants
  • ACC Full Accreditation
