Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Collaboration with Pharmacy Team:
- Liaise with the pharmacy team to address customer queries related to products, orders, and prescriptions.
- Maintain open communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration between customer service and pharmacy departments.
Documentation:
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Update customer records and account information.
Professionalism:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with pharmacy processes and terminology is a plus.
