Key Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:


  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.

Problem Solving:


  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Collaboration with Pharmacy Team:


  • Liaise with the pharmacy team to address customer queries related to products, orders, and prescriptions.
  • Maintain open communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration between customer service and pharmacy departments.

Documentation:


  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Update customer records and account information.

Professionalism:


  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy processes and terminology is a plus.
