**Application Monitoring Analyst - Must hold SC Clearance
IR35 Status - Inside
Duration - 3 Months +
Start Date - ASAP
Location - Remote**
Role Description:

Experience working with monitoring solutions
Experience of a Systems Management toolsets
Experience working with automation solutions
Understanding of Windows, Unix, Linux Operating systems
Ability to develop code in Python or PowerShell
Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
Confident, selfmotivated and able to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision
Comfortable in a client/business facing role
Proficient in verbal and written communication

More specifically your responsibilities include:

Working with Clients to enhance the service to meet business needs
Provide enhanced support for the platforms
Providing a tooling and automation input to customer affecting issues
Actively support and facilitate the capability development of apprentices and junior colleagues
Maintenance and production of technical documentation to facilitate knowledge share and skills development
Working with vendors to develop roadmaps for future capabilities
