Role Outline
We are seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial ERP consultants to join our award-winning NetSuite team.

You will have a strong NetSuite and ERP background and are actively looking to advance your NetSuite career in a consulting environment.


The role will require you to use your business process knowledge, experience of ERP implementations, and soft skills to challenge clients, develop and successfully deliver technology and process-based solutions.

  • Demonstrate ability to quickly add value on client engagements
  • Bring deep business process knowledge to work with clients to identify and analyse their business requirements, developing innovative solutions that leverage NetSuite capabilities
  • Deliver high quality written deliverables as part of the project lifecycle, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts
  • Configure and troubleshoot NetSuite
  • Provide input to development of customisations, integrations, reports and data migration activitiesLead and support testing activities for each phase of the project lifecycle

Requirements for the role

  • At least 3 years' experience in the implementation of an ERP systems, including at least 1 year working with NetSuite, AND
  • Experience of working on, at least, 1 NetSuite fulllife cycle implementation, AND
  • Experience of planning and managing functional workstream(s) as a lead consultant or a workstream lead in a NetSuite implementation project, OR
  • 35 years of working on ERP system support, with 2 years of NetSuite system support

Essential - ERP Skills, Soft Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills and a proven ability to lead clientfacing workshops
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, along with welldeveloped interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to a variety of clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong personal organisation, time management and independent learning skills
  • A good level of personal impact and credibility, with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently
  • Proven stakeholder management and planning skills, with experience of managing a team of consultants in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience of planning and managing functional workstream(s) either as a lead consultant or a workstream lead in an ERP implementation project
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality clientfacing outputs, such as functional requirements documentation
  • Strong business process skills in 2 of the following areas
  • Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash, with a demonstrable understanding of bookkeeping and structural system setup
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum 2:2), or an accounting qualification (such as AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). A degree in business, accounting, finance or information systems is preferred, but not essential. Extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree or accounting qualification
  • A passion for delivering real business value through technology
  • Good commercial awareness of the ERP market
  • A desire to be part of a rapidly growing team and willingness to be involved in all aspects of practice growth (delivery, business development, practice management)
