HR Officer - Norwich, United Kingdom - Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
Description
Work closely with the Head of HR Operations and other members of the HR team to support projects that help to deliver the Trusts People and Culture strategy and wider HR agenda.
Lead on the development and updating of a range of HR policies to meet legal and organisational best practice and contribute where required to other Trust policies where they may overlap to HR.
Develop and maintain a database to actively ensure HR policies are kept updated in line with audit and best practice requirements, ensuring timely communication across a range of colleagues including internal managers and staff networks.
Liaise with trades unions, staff networks and a range of stakeholders to ensure policies are developed that meet legal requirements and that help deliver a positive organisational culture and staff experience.
Coordinate monthly Pay and Conditions of Service (PACS) meetings and carry out related administrative activities.Manage schedule of policies to be updated, ensuring key stakeholders are aware of deadlines and kept informed, ensuring policies are updated and deadlines are met.
