An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and adaptable administrator to join our fantastic team within a SJP Senior Partner Practice in Reading, Berkshire on a full-time, permanent basis.
You'll be working in a team-focused environment, building a strong relationship with the Partner and client services team.
You'll process new and replacement business, manage cases through to completion using the internal processing systems to ensure servicing of our clients is upheld to the highest standards.

You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems used and will have access to SJP's Paraplanner and Adviser Career Academy should you fish to follow this career path.
Salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.The role benefits from a discretionary bonus scheme, 33 days paid holiday, 3% employer pension contributions and local gym membership.
Hybrid working is currently available working from home 1 day a week, with the flexibility to review this as and when necessary.
What you'll do:
- Conduct indepth analysis of clients personal and financial circumstances, supporting the Partner to present financial solutions best suited to individual clients' circumstances and their aspirations.
- Create illustrations for a wide range of products including Retirement Planning, Investments, IHT Planning and Protection.
- Undertake research and investment performance analytics in preparation for client meetings.
- Draft client suitability reports for client meetings tailored to unique client circumstances, demonstrating your attention to detail and clearly explain the benefits of our recommendations.
- Process business submissions, investment fund switches and rebalances ensuring FCA and AML compliance.
- Work closely with our client services team and ensure that client files and our CRM system 'Salesforce' is up to date and service quality is maintained to the highest possible standard.
About you:
- This is a fastpaced and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills who enjoys using their initiative and holds the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
- You will be a selfmotivated, highly organised, analytical problem solver with excellent attention to detail and able to multitask and manage competing deadlines on a daily basis.
- You are someone who thrives in a team but is also comfortable with the accountability of delivering your own tasks.
