Description
Day to day accounting duties including processing invoices as needed- Overseeing work undertaken by Accounts / Administration Assistants
- Banking and bank reconcilication
- VAT returns
- Monthly management accounts
- Liaising with external accountants to assist in preparation for year end
For Office Management, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with general administration, filing, photocopying etc
- Overseeing company utility contracts
- Stationery ordering and stock levels
- Answering queries from junior members of staff
- Liaising with Directors
- Answering client / customer queries as needed
- Health & safety
- General HR duties
