Description
Day to day accounting duties including processing invoices as needed

  • Overseeing work undertaken by Accounts / Administration Assistants
  • Banking and bank reconcilication
  • VAT returns
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Liaising with external accountants to assist in preparation for year end

For Office Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with general administration, filing, photocopying etc
  • Overseeing company utility contracts
  • Stationery ordering and stock levels
  • Answering queries from junior members of staff
  • Liaising with Directors
  • Answering client / customer queries as needed
  • Health & safety
  • General HR duties
