Onsite Contract Coordinator
Encore Managed Services

The package:
£11 per hour

Hours of work: 6AM -2.30PM

Location:
EMG SEGRO DE742DL ( east midlands)

The Role:

We are looking for a driven, resilientindividual who enjoys working in a high pressurised and fast-paced environment, to provide onsite recruitment support to our client.

This is a great opportunity would suit anyone with on-site recruitment experience, but not only.

Attracting, interviewing, recruiting and inducting a temporary workforce to meet client requirements.
Responding to staffing issues and dealing with any queries from workers.
Maintaining staffing levels for all shift patterns. Resolving shortfalls in attendance by managing a pool of labour.
Meeting with the client to ensure they are happy with the service and ensure any issues are worked through.
Producing reports and KPIs.
Accurate completion of onsite administration i.e payroll, audits and compliance
Ideallyexperience in an onsiterecruitment role or warehouse supervisory/team leader experience
Strongorganisational skills
Confident and resilient, excellent communication skills.
