As part of our continuous development, we are looking for a customer focused individual to join the team. Working with our in-house Custom team and providing excellent Customer Service in a challenging and rewarding role.

Responsible for providing general administrative support as part of a tight knit and dynamic team in an attractive work environment, you will be servicing a portfolio of Bicycle Dealers and cycling clubs.


The tasks:

  • Being the first point of contact for any new International custom clothing enquiries
  • Liaising with graphic designers on pending jobs to ensure Customer deadlines are met
  • Discussing design wishes with clubs/dealers
  • Managing design projects between client/Account manager and our inhouse graphics team
  • Daily order processing through our various ordering tools
  • Processing sample requests and monitoring the return of samples
  • Following up on all nondeveloped leads
  • Answering telephones and offering product advice and assistance on our clothing range and systems
  • Investigating discrepancies and misroute of parcels
  • Solving problems around orders, deliveries, ledgers, invoices, payments to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Offering support to the broader team as/when required

What you will bring:

  • Language skills fluent in English
  • Highest attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills (functions)
  • Previous Customer Service/Administrative experience advantageous
  • Background in Customer Service/Administration/Finance/Operations is desirable
  • Experience in administrative duties to raise cancellations, credits, debits, invoicing and orders
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • A working knowledge of SAP or similar systems knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong team player
