IT Support Engineer

Cambridge

£24,000 - £28,000 (Profit Share, Pension, Flexible working, Career development)
Tec Partners are pleased to be working with a global firm. This role will join HQ in Cambridge, a state-of-the-art product development facility. A fantastic opportunity to be part of an established IT department that provide daily support and maintain thecompanies infrastructure.


Role responsibilities

  • Managing support tickets
  • Provide enduser support (remote & onsite)
  • Engage with all levels of seniority across the business
  • Onboarding and offboarding of staff members
  • Setup configuration of desktops, laptops and conference systems

Essential requirements

  • Experience working in an IT related role
  • Experience supporting Windows users and Office 36
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ticket management system experience
  • Experience support Apple Macs, mobile iOS, Android (advantageous)
