A fantastic opportunity for a Desk Based Adjuster for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK.

The Desk Based Adjuster will be responsible for using digital resources to investigate commercial & domestic claims and establish all the relevant facts.

You will be ideally located in the Bristol / SW area as the role will involve occasional on site visits with field based adjusters

In return, the Desk Based Adjuster will expect a salary of up to £36,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of property claims, up to the value of £100k
  • Helping to remove hurdles and get to the root cause of any issues
  • Reporting on claim progression

Skills & Requirements:


  • Insurance claims background is imperative
  • Commercial and Domestic claims experience
  • Team player with a passion for helping others
  • Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
  • Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
