We are looking for experienced Repairs Planners to joint the team of a well established company who help to provide more affordable homes to their local community.

_Repairs Planner_:

- £25800 per annum_

  • Permanent contract _
  • Located in South Ealing, Hayes or Wimbledon area_

As a Repairs Planner, your responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate and schedule works to the appropriate operative within agreed timescales
  • Receive inbound calls from customers and conduct outbound calls to request appointments
  • Organise work scheduling based on demand
  • Help pursue availability of materials
  • Ensure accurate and up to date information is shown on the systems at all time

To be a Repairs Planner, we are looking for someone with experience as a:

  • Repairs Scheduler
  • Works Scheduler
  • FM Planner
  • Facilities Coordinator
