Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team and play a pivotal role in bringing in new business.

ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Research and identify new sales opportunities daily for all 3 divisions
    _Sales Recruitment, Sales Training and Graduate Programmes

_:


  • Play a key part in sourcing key decisionmakers within organisations globally, proactively reaching out to them to gain interest.
  • Develop B2B sales leads and relationships over the phone, winning trust in order to understand businesses and their needs.
-
Build and maintain relationships with potential prospects to keep them warm during the sales process.
-
Use digital tools and software to network, build rapport and communicate with prospects.

  • Successfully arrange appointments for the Senior Sales team to attend.
  • Accurately update, maintain and develop the CRM system, ensuring all clients are successfully moving along the sales pipeline.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:


  • Experience in a similar Sales role for at least 1 year.

Confident in speaking to those in senior positions such as Chief Executive Officers, Managers and Team Leaders_as these are who you will be wanting to get through to on the phone_

  • Describe yourself as a
    driven, ambitious and _'a gogetter'_**:
  • As you will be working with clients globally, you will need to be able to work outside of the usual _'9-5'_ hours when necessary.
  • Selfmotivated and able to
    effectively manage your day to ensure all targets are achieved.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and develop existing ones within a fastpaced sales environment.
  • Ability to
    build rapport quickly, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be Proactive in sourcing / generating leads through various tools and platforms
