Summary The Assurance Advisor will be part of the management systems team and will contribute to the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the oil
OMS Continuous Improvement.

The successful implementation of the Oil
OMS is critical to driving safer, more reliable and more responsible operations. The role will report to the Performance Reporting and Systems Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Collection of data, developing and distributing the monthly action tracking report
Collection of data, developing and distributing the quarterly assurance report.
Management of digital systems (superuser)

OMS
Gap assessment
Portal
Lessons learned /Knowledge management
Systems admin
Adding and removing users and managing their permissions.
Trouble shooting problems reported by users, raising issues with IT and / or the software companies if necessary
Handling minor configuration changes (adding options to selections, etc.)
Training new users
Interface with the assets

Education and Experience

Degree
10 years relevant experience
HSE background
Skill set requirements
Familiarity with digital tools.
Systematic approach
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Oil and Gas experience
