Accounts Payable Assistant - Business Consultancy


A global consulting firm are looking for a bright individual to join their Finance team of 10, as an Accounts Payable Assistant.

The role offers plenty of training, study support & hybrid working (3 days from home)


Accounts Payable Assistant - The Role:

  • Setting up supplier details in Paprika (finance system), updating supplier payment terms
- and other supplier information

  • Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses in Paprika
  • Setting up payments in the bank for approval
  • Dealing with any queries on supplier, freelancer and employee payments
  • Managing company credit cards

Accounts Payable Assistant - The Person:

  • Positive with a can-do attitude
  • Proactive and adaptive to a fastchanging environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
