About:

  • Are you passionate about furniture and interior design? Do you have a knack for sales and customer service? Join the UK's leading Design and Build company specialising in commercial office fitout and refurbishment. They are on the market seeking a Furniture Sales Support Specialist to join their team and play a key role in optimising the workplace for their clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in all aspects of the sales process, including customer inquiries, product information, and sales order processing.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with furniture suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products and accurate product information.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their furniturerelated queries and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure that furniture specifications align with client requirements and project time lines.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for furniture and interior design trends.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Familiarity with furniture procurement processes and supplier management is a plus.
