My client, a high-performing, top 100 law firm are looking for a Paralegal to join their commercial Property team. This role is perfect for someone who has Legal experience in Property law.

This will be a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistantwith previous property experience to take a step up.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining client details on the firm's case management system.
Production of necessary documents on behalf of the fee earners within the team.
Dealing with cases from opening to close across a variety of issues, including licensing, asset management, collection claims, etc.
Liaising with clients, property owners, fee earners and other members of the support team in a respectful and efficient manner.
Developing strong and trusting relationships with clients.

Legal experience within Property law in a law firm is essential

Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 + excellent benefits
