    【業務内容】

    1. 業務計画
      1. 新規事業に関する業務フローおよび関連システムの計画、導入。
      2. 既存の業務・決済ワークフローの強化・合理化。
      3. システム導入・強化プロジェクトのUATを実施する。
    2. ミドルオフィス(日本株式、MTN、その他今後立ち上げ予定の金融商品)
      1. システム上での顧客口座設定。
      2. 取引相手との常設決済指示書(SSI)の取り交わし。
      3. 割り当てのための顧客サブ口座の設定。
      4. 取引後の処理:(価格の平均化、各ファンドへの配分、手数料の計算、事前確認の送信、取引の照合確認)。
      5. 取引の訂正:未照合の取引が発生した場合、東京の関連カウンターパーティと連携し、お客様またはカストディアンとのコミュニケーションを通じて照合を行う。
      6. 東京の関連カウンターパーティとの株式売買手数料報告書の照合。
    3. バックオフィス業務(日本株式、MTN、その他今後開始予定の金融商品)
      1. 取引指示のリリースおよび決済状況のモニタリング。
      2. 資金移動指示のリリース。
      3. 顧客の取引/IPO確認の確認。
      4. 取引データが会社の会計システムに反映されていることの確認。
      5. 決済用カストディ口座の資金レベルの監視。
      6. 未決済取引の清算のため、顧客とそのカストディを追跡する。
      7. 株式取引に関連する規制元帳の確認。
      8. 顧客の報告書/計算書を確認する。
      9. 決済指示と実行された取引の照合。
    4. その他
      1. 上記の役割と責任に関する日々の報告をCEOに行う。
      2. 様々な利害関係者と協力し、日常業務や臨時業務を行う。

    【求めるスキルと経験】

    1. 新規事業立ち上げにおける懸念事項やToDoを発見し、運営・決済の観点から解決・完遂する能力。
    2. 東京本社でブローカーのレッグ取引を担当する同僚と連携し、顧客取引の障害・問題を自主的・主体的に解決する能力が求められる。
    3. ミドル・バックオフィスでの5年以上の経験が必須。
    4. ビジネスレベルの日本語力。
    5. GLOSSシステム(Broadridge)、BLAST(Simplex)、CTM / ALERT(DTCC)、Citi Velocity、SWIFT(いずれか)、Euroclear(EasyWay)の経験があれば尚可。
