Main Responsibilities:
Sales Management 40%
- Manage procedures to track and report sales activity, pipeline, and flows
- Chair monthly Pipeline Calls, and support other sales forums, including the Intermediary Working Group and Fixed Income Task Force
- Work with Sales Management teams across EMEA to design and deliver the EMEA Sales Framework, with a focus on Pipeline and At-Risk Management, Client Tiering and Account Planning
- Partner with Global Distribution Enablement Operations ("GDEO") to define EMEA sales technology requirements, and to support the adoption of existing and new capabilities (across Salesforce and other systems)
- Work closely the Head of EMEA Distribution and the Sales Lead Team to set, implement and track the sales strategy for the Region.
- Lead the delivery of analysis that explores trends in client and sales activity
- Partner with other business units, including Finance, GDEO, Product and Marketing on initiatives that enhance understanding of client, business, and market dynamics
- Produce professional grade presentations and business intelligence for senior management, including for the use at townhalls and external events
- Partner with Distribution Intelligence ("DI") to leverage capabilities including Tableau as a platform for scaling sales insights
- Serve as Regional Process Owner (RPO) for Capacity Management, Most Favoured Nation ("MFN") and the monitoring of pricing arrangements, working in partnership with the Global Distribution ("GD") Governance Team
- Chair the EMEA Client Assurance Meeting ("CAM")
Skills and Competencies:
Required:
- Prior global asset management or similar experience (min. 8 years) and knowledge of AM products and vehicles is a MUST
- Formal training and demonstrated success in sales management and change management
- Prior experience in a similar sales / analysis or general management position and demonstrated history of successes in establishing and executing on governance processes
- Ability to identify gaps in processes, and timely address the challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively across the firm to utilize resources and information
- Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills, as well as critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to independently and proactively manage time and shifting priorities effectively while in a challenging operating environment
- Experience working with technology partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Salesforce (CRM), and Tableau
