Start People are recruiting for our client based in Stanley for an experienced Sales Administrator


Working for a family ran business in a friendly working environment the role will be working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and a Friday 8:30am to 1:30pm.

Duties will include ;

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Provide good customer service
  • Cold call as appropriate within your geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client's organisation
  • Process orders on the CRM system
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
  • Deal with retail customers providing detailed price and quality information.
  • Resolve customer issues with product or service levels.
  • Liaise with management team to ensure that the best possible service is provided to all customers.
  • Process Invoices
  • Send out brochures
