The Best Connection Group - Oldham, are currently recruiting 2 Customer service advisors for our client, a market leader in their field, based in Rochdale.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday
8am 4.30pm
During Peak times this may include some week end and evening times ( seasonal )

Wages
- £10.50 per hour

Description

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include, but not be limited to;
Strive to deliver an excellent level of customer service
Dealing with general admin
Working with other departments to ensure speedy delivery of service
Confident Telephone manner
Experience using an Ecommerce platform ( not essential )
Experience using an EPOS system ( not essential )
Able to confidently communicate with people from all walks of life
Able to deal with challenges quickly, professionally and effectively
Excellent attention to detail
Work well as part of a team or on your own
Driven to provide the Highest level of customer service
PC Literate confident on Microsoft packages but comfortable with learning new programmes as you will be using an in

- house package for processing orders etc.
