Senior Designer
Location:
West London or Hertfordshire
Salary:
£40k - £50k per year
My client is an award-winning creative marketing agency looking for a
Senior Designer to join their growing team.
The Role:
You will be ready to develop your existing skills by working with design and art directors on a range of ambitious and innovative projects that exceed client expectations.
You will help todrive the creative direction of campaigns, an acute understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible.
Duties:
- Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
- Designing and producing pitch winning concepts
- Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
- Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
- Liaising effectively with clients and other team members
- Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
- You must bring creativity, flair, an eye for detail and your own set of unique skills to their growing team.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of CS Suite and Office 365

- must possess strong motivational skills, a positive and passionate attitude which inspires the team to achieve the best results for the clients

- High proficiency with leading design software packages
- Significant creative industry experience
- A background of working as part of a design team
Communication is a big part of the role, so you must feel confident enough to contribute to the creative process.
The following experience is preferable but not essential:
- Exposure to the property or related sectors
- Experience in motionrelated projects

- Confidence to delegate tasks and present work to colleagues and clients
- The ability to meet deadlines in a highpressure environment
- Consistency in regardless of project size
- The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts

- Meticulous attention to detail
- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
