Job Title:
Graduate Operations Co-ordinator/Administrator
Emcare & Stewart First Aid Training are looking for a full time administrator to help us with day to day operations administration and dealing with client requests.
Location:
Glasgow City Centre (adjacent to Glasgow Central Station)
Hours: 8am start Monday to Friday hrs per week)
Salary:
£22,308 per annum
Duties will include:
- Answering telephone calls confidently, listening to clients and giving information regarding products and services
- Setting training rooms each day to ensure that they remain client facing
- Preparing of tea/coffee stations in all training rooms
- Stock control including taking receipt, unpacking/checking off and tracking of stock
- Equipment management for trainers ie preparing kit for collection and moving of kit to collection areas.
- General office administration duties to meet the needs of the business
Key attributes:
- Experience in customer service and office administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft software and CRMs
- Excellent time keeping skills
