Description

We are looking for a welcoming and guest focused Night Receptionist to join our ultra-professional front of house team.

As one of the first points of contact in the hotel, it is essential that our guests have a knowledgeable team member on hand 24 hours a day to assist with any requests or issues overnight.

Previous experience of working on a hotel reception and using a well-known booking system is essential for this role, as are excellent communication and organisation skills and a friendly, helpful nature (and comfortable shoes)

This role has lots of potential for professional development within a big team, and we are always looking to reward passion, initiative and those who go the extra mile for our guests.

Please be aware that this is a permanent, full-time role working constant night shifts from 11pm - 7:30am

Must live in a commutable distance to the site and ideally have a car
