The Role:

Here at Silcom Recruitment we are working with another leading client of ours, with the hire of an Aftersales Contact Advisor, for a busy motor trade dealership group, who own multiple sites in and around Hampshire.

This is a superb progression opportunityfor an accomplished Contact Advisor with a great on target earnings

Responsibilities:

The main objective of the role is to Maintain a friendly and efficient customer interface for service work

Responsibility for inbound service and maintenance booking

Making outbound calls to existing customers

Producing service plan quotations

Increasing customers retention

The Package:

Starting salary of £19,000

Expected earnings with bonus £31,000

08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. No weekends.
