About the role
Job Description Summary

The HR Specialist position is for a seasoned professional contributor. May manage small projects or processes. Has advanced knowledge of work area. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. Works autonomously with limited oversight from manager. Works to influence parties within and outside of work area at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures. Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.

Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

The employee will join to a 7 employees team ( 5 Nationalities) inside a department of 40 employees of 9 Nationalities.

Home office. Direct colleagues are based in other countries all around Europe.

Requirements:


As a minimum you must have:

  • 5 years experience focus in Compensation& Benefits.
  • University Degree is preferred. HR
  • English speaker: Preference native speaker based in UK:
  • B2
  • C1 mínimal.
  • Necessary high level of Excel:
  • Experience working with Workday or ticketing tools ( Service Now) will be a plus
  • Experience working in international environment. He/she will support to 28 countries, but will be the reference For Specialised Services Total Rewards team for UK and Ireland

Responsibilities

The duties of this person will be to:

  • Ensure the implementation of the company's Total Rewards policies in the different countries (UK and Ireland, working in coordination with the COEs (Committees of Expertise).
  • Support HRBPs with any queries regarding Total Rewards processes as well as relevant legislation.
  • Update Total Rewards processes and document those that have not yet been documented.

Incentives and Salary Increases:

Ensure internal processes are adhered to.

Provide administrative support in the collection of information.

Reporting and analysis for process improvement and decision support.

Updating salaries according to Labour Agreements in the countries and entities where such support is to be given.

Manage benefitscentral platform to ensure employees receive the benefits they are eligible and the special awards


Answering questions and helping to implement new benefits policies/ renewal policies in the countries where necessary : Insurance, company car, meal allowances, study assistance...

Salary surveys:

Completing salary surveys, supporting the Market Intelligence team with international suppliers.

Mobility:

Resolving queries from expatriate staff and acting as intermediary between employee, suppliers.

Coordination between all parties involved in the mobility process.

Manage work permit for UKI and coordinate and support rest of the countries

Job analysis:

Advice on the level of the position to managers. Updating and revision of Levels according to functions and responsibilities.

TR projects:

Implementation of policy and practice harmonization projects between countries and entities.

Restructuring costs:

Carrying out compensation calculations and providing advice if required.
