Advance Management (UK) Ltd Health, Care and Support is working with a unique service that has several classrooms across their residential services and are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to join the current team. There may be times where you will be required to work across sites therefore you will have your own transport for easy access.
The service supports young people aged 8-24, as a teaching assistant you will work with various young people and young adults with with SEN (autism, learning diabilities, sensory and associated challenging behaviours.

If you are passionate about care and support of vulnerable young people and committed to making a difference get in touch.

This can be a challenging role but it is also very rewarding as you get to see the young people grow and develop and enjoy life capturing the moments whilst you support them within a classroom setting.

Skills/Attributes we are looking for

  • Hands on residential support worker experience supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviours and complex needs.
- individuals who love working working to support children

Hours of Work

  • Permanent position Monday to Fridayn 8am 4pm or 8:454:45pm their may be some flexibility.

Salary:
£18,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
