Payroll Administrator - Restaurant


Harper May is currently working with an exquisitely high end Restaurant group, who are seeking an accomplished Payroll Administrator to join their organisation.

They are an award winning Restaurant group, highly acclaimed for their quality, style and thefine dining experience.


Key Responsibilties:


  • Manage the monthly / biweekly payroll processes across the group
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of current legislation and regulations.
  • Support the management and development of group backoffice systems.
  • Develop & maintain relationships with team members.
  • Attend weekly team meetings as requried.
  • Work at any of the group locations including travel to and from locations as required.

Requirements:


  • Payroll experience (ideally Irish payroll experience also).
  • Proven excel skills.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Initiative.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, internal and external with confidence and humility.
  • To act as a role model as part of the team through consistently demonstrating the company values.
  • Attention to detail / accuracy.
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills.
  • Selfdriven and focused on selfdevelopment
