Payroll Administrator - Restaurant
Harper May is currently working with an exquisitely high end Restaurant group, who are seeking an accomplished Payroll Administrator to join their organisation.
Key Responsibilties:
- Manage the monthly / biweekly payroll processes across the group
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current legislation and regulations.
- Support the management and development of group backoffice systems.
- Develop & maintain relationships with team members.
- Attend weekly team meetings as requried.
- Work at any of the group locations including travel to and from locations as required.
Requirements:
- Payroll experience (ideally Irish payroll experience also).
- Proven excel skills.
- Ability to multi task.
- Initiative.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, internal and external with confidence and humility.
- To act as a role model as part of the team through consistently demonstrating the company values.
- Attention to detail / accuracy.
- Excellent IT and analytical skills.
- Selfdriven and focused on selfdevelopment
