Description

A leading housing association is looking for and Moves Officer following ongoing remediation work at Oak Square, to join the project and help residents move into homes that meet their ongoing needs.

This is a fixed term role for six months, ending in August 2023.

You will be the first point of contact for residents who are going to be moving as part of the Oak Square project.

It will be your role to review residents with a priority banding, work closely with them to understand their needs and requirements.

You will match them to a suitable new home and be there every step of the way as they move into their new home.

As central part of the project team, you will be the residents' voice at all meetings, ensuring you deliver for them.

You will be expected to report on progress and work effectively with staff from across the business to make this project a success.

Pay rate is £18.96 umbrella
