BMS Performance has partnered with a fast-growing business consultancy that specialises in finance, they are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join their team and help take their business to the next level.

As the Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that will help achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness and drive leads.

You will join the business at a very exciting time and will play a leading role in helping them to achieve their goals, therefore it is vital that you share the same passion for growth and development

The Marketing Executive will alongside the Marketing lead, you join as their second Marketing hire. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make an impact and grow within the role.

Requirements for the Marketing Specialist:

Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
Proven experience creating engaging social media content and writing compelling copy
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with event planning and coordination
Familiarity with video production and editing software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit materials
Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot

Package on offer for the Marketing Executive:

Salary £30,000-£35, % bonus
Hybrid Flexible working 12 days a week in the office rest remote

Location:
offices are based close to Moorgate station London, you will need to travel into the office 1-2 days a week
