This is a great opportunity to join our Sales team as an Industry PreSales Lead for the Education sector.

In this role, you will drive sales by providing high-level solution demonstrations and presentations, positioning cross-product business processes, and delivering proven practice guidance and value-selling.


What you'll be doing...


In this role, along with your expertise in education, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining extensive cross-product knowledge of TechnologyOne's Education Solution and leveraging your expertise to support value-based selling.


Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Driving demand generation and engaging early on prospecting, focusing on evolving longerterm opportunities.
  • Supporting the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Functioning as the lead for PreSales when responding to tenders and providing demonstrations, presentations and customer workshops, as appropriate.
  • Determining the solution design in proposals, tender responses and customer workshops based on customer requirements related to the solution and valueselling
  • Liaising with Product Success teams to maintain and update knowledge and the product roadmap as it relates to the TechnologyOne Education Industry Solution
  • Assisting with the sales handover process and postsales support where required.

Continuous Improvement Deliverables

  • Identify trends and evolving regulatory requirements across the Education industry.
  • Continually challenge the status quo and drive enhancements to business processes and the industry solution.

Your Talents...
As our Education PreSales Lead, you'll have knowledge of education sector business processes and strategic management and industry trends.

Your experience will include the following:

  • Deep knowledge of Education sector business requirements, processes and trends.
  • ERP software Sales and/or Consulting experience
  • Knowledge of the TechnologyOne Education Solution, preferable
  • Experience with Clevel customer engagement through presentations and valueselling
  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster crossteam collaboration.
  • Ability to lead, engage and coordinate team activities and manage internal stakeholders
  • Highlevel skills across Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to timemanage and meet set deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage priorities
