Role and Responsibilities

All team members are expected to be flexible in their approach when at work.

Specific duties for this role include:

• To prepare and maintain the pub ready for service
• To welcome & acknowledge customers as they enter the pub
• To serve customers in a pleasant and helpful manner
• To maintain the hygiene and appearance of the pub
• To implement age verification of customers as per the house policy
• To respond to customer requests for information about other services & events
• To handle cash and other methods of payment in a diligent manner
• To observe the appropriate statutory regulations with regard to:
• Health & safety
• Licensing law
• Preventing the use of drugs in the area

Preferred Skills.

• Experience in dealing with difficult customers; implementing a Challenge 25 policy.
• Experience of the cellar management and product knowledge.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week


Salary:
£10.00-£12.00 per hour
